  1. Ranging from internal presentations to managing our website. Maintaining our online presence to helping us enter awards. No day will be the same, but you will be a cog into our ways of working.

    This role offers a positive space to be creative and work in a great office environment with responsibilities including creating impressive visuals for proposals, pitches and client presentations. This role sits within the studio but you’d be working with everyone across the business.

    Responsibilities 

    • Work with the team to conceptualise, design and build impactful solutions
    • Create original graphic content for presentation slides
    • Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency and quality of output across the business
    • Formatting and tidying existing presentations to ensure they meet brand guidelines
    • Manage our social media and website

     

    What we’re looking for…

    • Prior experience gained working in a similar creative role
    • Advanced knowledge of Creative Cloud and Keynote
    • The ability to demonstrate understanding of strategic narratives with a portfolio of beautifully executed work at a senior level

    Your portfolio will say everything about you, so only exceptional candidates will be invited for an interview. Annual Salary Range AUD$ 75,000 – 85,000 + super, dependent on experience.

  2. We’re on the lookout for experienced brand strategists to join our new Sydney studio, in the heart of Surry Hills. In this full time role, your primary focus will be developing effective creative strategies that shape the future of brands. Be it a brand repositioning or innovation work you will be working closely with the Creative team to inject focus, inspiration and energy, and to ensure your thinking integrates with our client’s objectives and philosophy.

    Words matter and it is essential that you are a great communicator, with the ability to present naturally in front of senior brand teams, with any number of stakeholders to consider.

    We are looking for great minds that can offer a range of skillsets from trend reporting, consumer and market insights to positioning work and brand story writing. All applicants will need strong analytical skills and enjoy working collaboratively.

    Previous experience at a creative agency is essential as well as a passion for design. A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within brand strategy is expected.

    • 5 years’ experience of Brand Strategy at a leading agency, consultancy or brand.
    • Practical experience of trends, semiotics and consumer insights.
    • Practical understanding of brand design, category disruption and innovation.
    • Passion for fast-moving consumer brands — especially drinks, local and global, alcoholic and non-alcoholic
    • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to balance listening with strategic contribution.
    • Confident at simplifying and communicating strategic ideas.
    • Ability to define and manage strategic deliverables for your projects.
    • Annual Salary Range AUD$ 95,000-105,000 + super

  3. Reporting to our Client Services Director and working alongside an Account Director, in this busy role you will be responsible for the smooth running of accounts as well as managing some of your own clients and projects. This will involve project management from start to finish, writing creative briefs, client liaison, project and supplier management, preparing invoices, client contact reports and general administration.

    You will have excellent communication skills, be a whiz at managing multiple projects, a team player and never waiver under pressure.  You will be someone that is up for a challenge, driven, flexible and ready to hit the ground running. Ideally you will have three plus year’s agency experience and have a keen interest in branding & design.

    This job is for someone with a keen interest in branding & packaging and the alcohol industry. We provide the opportunity to work with a small and very experienced team, on a variety of projects from established global brands to new brand creation to start-ups.

    The role:

    • Assisting an Account Director & Client Services Director
    • Client management
    • Forecasting and reporting
    • Workflow traffic and budget management
    • Writing creative briefs
    • Assisting the strategic process – visual/structural & market research
    • Representing the client and consumer view during the design process
    • Checking of work against client requested changes
    • Thorough detail checking of artwork
    • Liaising with suppliers
    • Arranging and attending meetings
    • Documenting meeting notes

    Required Experience:At least 3 years in an account service role with another creative agency, ideally with experience in branding &/or packaging.

    • $70-$80K + super but will be negotiated on experience.
