We’re looking for an experienced, commercially astute Operations Lead to provide strategic oversight and direction across the inner workings of a growing global creative agency.
This is a senior role focused on operational leadership, governance and decision-making. You’ll sit at the centre of the agencies operations, shaping how systems, people, process and commercial disciplines operate together as the business scales. The role is designed to focus on judgement, prioritisation and continuous improvement, rather than day-to-day administration, and is supported by a full-time People & Culture Manager and a part-time Studio Coordinator.
While part-time, this is a trusted and influential position. It suits someone who values flexibility but operates with a high degree of ownership and accountability. As the agency continues to grow, there is clear scope for the role to expand in both remit and days.
