Your role
London - Full time - WFH/Studio Hybrid
Lead projects end to end, from discovery to delivery, setting the creative standard while staying close to the craft. Deliver standout brand, packaging, innovation, and activation work for global drinks and food brands, working alongside a highly experienced, collaborative team.
You’re someone who:
- Thinks strategically but designs instinctively
- Cares equally about craft and commercial performance
- Knows the rules — and when to break them
- Can work hands-on, direct a team, or present to a client
- Leads with ideas but builds on the ideas of others

Co-Partnership is entering an exciting new chapter. As we grow in our services, we're seeking visionary Design Directors to lead global projects from our Sydney studio. As a team of drinks specialists, we're looking for brand thinkers who craft and direct commercial solutions through distinctive design, packaging and storytelling. If you’re excited by the idea of being a part of the team that takes the agency into the future, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead branding projects, creating or transforming visual identities, packaging, brand assets, and brand books
- Collaborate with strategists, other designers, and production specialists to develop relevant ideas across multiple projects
- Work with client feedback creatively and constructively
- Present ideas with clarity and passion to local and global clients
- Introduce new ways of working to enhance the agency’s capabilities
Experience & Skills
- Experience in drinks branding, packaging, and visual storytelling
- An exceptional eye for craft & detail, with a passion for print finishes
- Strategic thinking, conceptual ideation, and visual & verbal communication skills
- Leadership ability with a positive approach & learner mindset
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
